How to Set the Time: 1. To change to clock mode, flip the clock/timer mode switch towards the clock icon to set the clock mode.

1. In clock mode, long press the SET button to enter time setting mode. The default setting is 24-hour mode starting at 00:00, with customizable options including 12/24-hour mode, hour, minutes, alarm hour, and alarm minutes.

2. Use the up and down buttons to adjust the numbers, with the option to long-press for continuous adjustment. Press the SET button to move to the next setting mode. The settings are automatically confirmed if no buttons are pressed for 15 seconds.

How to Change Sound Mode: Easily switch between sound and mute modes using the alarm mode switch button. In sound mode, the alarm indicator blinks with both sound and light, while in mute mode, only the indicator blinks.

Tabata Mode (For Mint Only): Use the alarm mode switch to select Tabata mode with different time intervals (T20: 20 sec mode, T30: 30 sec mode). Silent setting is not available in Tabata mode.

Alarm/Snooze Mode: Quickly toggle the alarm on/off in clock mode by short pressing the SET button. When the alarm rings, press any button to stop it. Activate snooze by turning the timer to its sides, with snooze ringing for 9 minutes with unlimited repetitions. Press any button to stop the snooze.

Battery Cover: Align the set icon and Mooas logo in the same direction and close the battery cover securely.
